Choose this option to give multiple users from your organization access to the assessments. An organizational account lets you, as the administrator, manage multiple users from your group. You invite users to the account, manage their access, and can even customize the steps your employees should take after each interview.

Choose this option if you are a concerned family member or a friend of an older adult. A family and friend account allows you to conduct interviews and download interview reports with recommendations and guidance tailored to the non-professional providing care or support to an older adult.
